Mater Terrae is the restaurant of the Terra Dominicata hotel under the culinary direction of chef Fran López.

It occupies the old farmhouse that was part of the olive and vineyard cultivation estate of the Carthusian monks of the Escaladei monastery.

At Mater Terrae you can discover Priorat through its cuisine, a land of beautiful landscapes, with great historical and cultural wealth, where time seems to have stopped.
